Vodice is a little town situated in the county Šibensko-kninska, with about 7000 inhabitants. The town includes also the settlements Grabovac, Čista Velika, Čista Mala, Prvić Šepurine, Prvić Luka, Srima and Gaćeleze. The town is situated at the Croatian Adriatic coast, north from the town Šibenik and south from the island Murter. Vodice is the most famous for being the centre of Croatian tourism, but it is also famous for hosting the CMC festival in June. Tourism is the most important branch of economy at this area.
